Keller Webster founded KWA Construction in 2004, and serves as its President. The firm is a leader in providing quality construction of multifamily residential buildings. With 600+ years combined experience, the team of veteran project managers, superintendents, accounting and scheduling personnel work one-on-one with development and redevelopment clients to lead them through every step of the building process. Mr. Webster’s career began in 1969 with the Henry C. Beck Company. During his career he has:
- Built or renovated over 25,000 apartment units
- Built several high-rise office buildings
- Served as President of three Texas-based general contractors
- Overseen all multifamily construction operations for Spring Valley Construction
- Served as EVP – Construction for First Worthing Company, a large multifamily developer
Keller’s professional affiliations over his career have included: Member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Home Builders; Member of the Multi-Family Council Board of Trustees, NAHB; Trustee, Homepac, of the Texas Association of Builders; Member of the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Builders; Member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas Home and Apartment Builders; Chairman of the Government Relations Committee of the Texas Association of Builders; Member of the Board of Directors of the Dallas Multi-Housing Builders Council; and President of the Dallas Multi-Housing Builders Council. Keller earned a BS from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Georgia State University. He also served as a First and Second Lieutenant in the United States Army from 1970-71.
